To commemorate the 21st anniversary of Vietnam's Cultural Heritage Day (November 23), celebrate Vietnam's Culture Day (November 24), and in response to the Hanoi Creative Design Festival 2026, Hoan Kiem Ward is organizing a series of activities at 10 heritage sites within its jurisdiction. The programs focus on showcasing traditional crafts, performing arts, and the distinctive cultural features of Thang Long – Hanoi.
